Obviously these tests are not real world use. But for anyone interested here is the data pulled out of several Engadget reviews including their new Pixel review.

Not bad. They didn't include iPhone 7 or 7+?

These may not be real world but they agree with every review I've seen so far in that the Pixel's battery life beats pretty much everyone.

I can't update my table right now but I'll add here:

Moto Z Droid: 10 hours
Moto Z Droid Force: 14.2 hours
Galaxy S7 Edge: 14.5 hours

Seemingly...but hd video is VERY low processor usage. If they scrolled thru Facebook for the entire duration I would consider those numbers more representative of actual use.

I was looking at XL relative to Note 7,IP 7+ not actual usage.

The run down works as a bench mark test. So it tells you something about the battery's longevity. Under real world conditions, cell signal strength is what makes or breaks my phone. In low signal areas, my battery runs down much more quickly. That's where I typically have problems.

Great news for me! I was hoping the battery life would be same or better than iPhone!
Hope the battery can last long at a day because I am heavy usage user.

Not sure about the regular iPhone, but I wouldn't expect it to be better than the IP7+ . We don't know yet, but I wouldn't bet any money on it, even with these non-real-life battery test sites. These serve some purpose IMO, but aren't reflective of overall phone use - specifically as it relates to standby time and real world use ..
