I dont think we can download it untill august 3rd. I think the confusion is that instead of waiting for your phone to automatically tell you there's and update you can manually do it. But this is all happening on August 3rd not today. Thats what I think anyways Im hoping im wrong

Just got off the phone with two different Sprint CS reps and they both said that the maunal update is in fact available today and should be available NOW. So I guess it's just a matter of time!!!!

OK I see. Although, the official statement does say Tuesday and the support article just happens to mention today. I'm not saying it won't come out today, but I don't think you could really be upset if it doesn't come out until Tuesday.

According to the Sprint site it's going to be available today. I just spoke to two reps from Sprint and they both said it should be available now. So HOPEFULLY it'll be available very soon.

I need to go back to work already. I've been so bored after my surgery.. I'm way too excited over this update lol... smh

Dang EVO, keeps faking me out now and then by taking forever to check for the update.

In the end it's the same message "Your phone is up to date"
