Facebook for HTC Sense post my pics to a friend's timeline

A friend logged in to her Facebook on my HTC One V. She had a quick look at a message then logged out. I logged back in and everything was fine until I posted some pictures to Facebook via HTC Sense. All pics I post from my phone appear on my friend's timeline as if she posted them. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data, returned to factory settings etc, but the problem persists. Any suggestions?

You may have to have her to go to her Facebook account on a pc and remove your device from her account.
