Fedex delivering 2/22/22

Mine package from Samsung delivered today . . . or at least the box was. Got all the accessories and the tablet I ordered but NO S22 Ultra. Box handed straight to me from FedEx, no damage or evidence of being tampered with. Everything inside neatly wrapped. But NO PHONE. No box for phone. Have spent all day talking to and chatting with Samsung. Had to get police report filed and send pictures of box, etc. And all they can possibly do is refund phone and let me order again. Which means I wont get until April at earliest. I started ordering it at 2 minutes after you could on 2/9/22. And as of right now no guarantee they will really do anything. Took 4 people before anyone would even help me. Been a crappy day and I needed to vent.

That's crazy. The boxes for these last two phones (S21&S22) are tiny though, the S22 actually being even thinner than the S21 so I would triple check all the packing material because mine was wrapped tight in it's own piece separate from my Tablet.

I'm sorry to hear it... What a bummer!... Did they list the stuff that was supposed to be in the box?.. like a checklist paper

It's 1:45AM does anyone know where their phone is?

In my case; they changed the delivery date from the 22nd back to the 23rd and now say it has left Fort Worth and is ARRIVING ON-TIME. I guess if you play with the delivery date to match the arriving ON-TIME date, it will always be on time.

Girl...I'm so very sorry that happened to you. What a mess. I would be livid. Hoping for a good resolution. Keep us posted.

Exact same happened to me. Finally picked up Sunday, 10 mins later it said it was arriving early on Tuesday. Didn't move at all yesterday until last night now arriving Wednesday like originally planned.

No movement on mine this morning, yet on FedEx site. Still showing delivery today, but doesn't show out for delivery. It's been in Houston since Sunday morning 2:34 am.

As of 840am still says at facility and on time. Still not loaded onto truck yet! More like 4 day shipping! Less than 5 minutes away!

Fedex is not relaible......

Lately it's been UPS I get stuff late a lot, mainly due to the hub and sitting on trailers due to not enough staff.

It's on the truck now! Says before 8 tonight. doesn't give me an estimated time window like they usually do.

I wanted to get a haircut later and errands done. Hopefully it gets here around 1 like they usually do.

FedEx is slipping. My phone is at the local facility... it's been there since yesterday and was so supposed to be delivered yesterday. I was told it wouldn't be delivered yesterday, but it would be delivered today. Didn't show on the truck today, so I called. There's some "unknown" holdup. I opened a case. It's now updated to show "Arriving on time", but not on the truck.

Now I am very patient. I am more than happy to wait until release day to get my phone. I can rejoice with those who get their phones sooner than I do. HOWEVER, if my phone is at the local facility...and was there on the day it was supposed to arrive, I get a little concerned if it's not showing on the truck the next business day. It was a 2nd Day Air shipment. What's the hold up?

I'm one of those people who arrange to be home, when expensive electronics are due to arrive. I don't want anyone walking off the porch with my phone, especially when a lot of delivery people don't even try to put your box in an area that's not so easy to be seen. But I have things to do, other than wait for a delivery that's not coming. I did that Monday.

So annoying. Said it was going to be delivered yesterday. Was on the truck and everything. That didn't happen. Today it says it will be delivered but it's not even on a truck. I hate FedEx. They've always been trash.

I have seen sometimes mine loaded on to truck as late as 9.30 AM my local time so give it some time. For example one of my previous packages was put on delivery truck at 9.25 AM

FedEx app is not showing out for delivery, but who cares as long as it gets here today.

When I got my Tab S7+ was delivered it was put on the truck at 12:50 pm
