[FIX FOR] Netflix "syncing" issue

I take no credit for this and found it looking around xda site but these versions of Netflix disables market update checks I tested it and it worked.
Side note I had to uninstall the version of Netflix I had on my phone and only tested 2.2 and it worked with NO UPDATE SCREEN. Follow the link below.

Yes but not everyone has titanium back but that should in reality work to.

is this thread dead? The fix link is broke... I just got an optimus S for my daughter...tried Netflix. It was having this syncing issue (and also not showing the video). I figured I would try this fix of installing an older version of the app, but the link is broke. Can original author please fix link in the first post? Thanks!

Original author is lazy. Aka never gets time off from work.

is definitely working a lot better, but there is a green bar at the top... I saw some posts about that. I will have to figure that green bar out, then we're golden. Getting close!

The only fix for the green bar is to use a cm7 rom.
