Looks good. Have you thought of adding some kind of vegetable to break up the color, like corn or green bell peppers?

I wanted to put bell pepper, but they got soft and im not a huge fan of corn mixed in with stuff, unless its stew. Which I will probably be making tomorrow.

Ok. For the bell pepper...cook it to the consistency you like and add at the end, when both foods are hot.

Thanks....they aren't really "stacking" pancakes. Each one weighs about 18oz, a stack would probably kill someone ;-)

I cook them in an actual pan rather than a griddle so they are really thick. Not sure if you can tell in the picture, but that's a bowl it's in.

For better, not worse: You are your own boss! I must admit the Restaurant business is one of the hardest to succeed in along with very long hours.
