Love the cryptic message but my guess is that with new sense the bottom function buttons actually move when you switch to landscape mode. So possibly Android 2.2 was having issues with way it worked with new UI and baked in Skype so they had to upgrade to 2.3 before releasing the phone.

Actually what he said was that the battery problem was fixed...coulda been fixed by throwing a bigger one in there...perhaps the 4420 mAh that was mentioned lol
