Is the Google music cloud more a competition with iTunes, or Slacker Radio/Pandora?

If the latter I'm not seeing cloud music as a positive. That would mean you are streaming the music from the cloud, therefore using data constantly, therefore using a lot of battery. Slacker allows you to cache to the memory card which results in far less battery use.

With regards to Google Music difference from others like Pandora.... it's my understanding you can put your own personal music into the cloud. No idea how it works with copyright though. So its your music on a cloud for when and where ever you want it.
