It's not up to me to decide when the announcement is. Just remember the Droid 2 announcement was TWO days before launch.

im guessing then the announcement is on the 8th (tuesday) and the phone is released on the 10th (thursday)

Wait a minute. Didn't Cyber Warrior say the new commercial said something about Party at 8... like as in the time or something. Maybe PARTY on the 8th, since they'll announce it 2 days before like with D2, we'll all PAR-TAY over the news, and then epicness arrives on the 10th.

Anybody notice the new HTC commercial with the kid who goes to a party and the floor has written on it... Arrive At 8. Anyways I was trying to see if that 8 was a clue so I paused the commercial. If you look at the phone at the end of the commercial, the phones screen says the date March 14th. Just thought I would bring that up...Continue speculating

I never noticed it before and it says Today's product news... When I clicked it, it of course asks for all your info and than says your e-mails will begin arriving soon.

I just logged into VZW.com and tried to go to the phone upgrade screen and got a message saying that the screen I am trying to reach is unavailable.

Interesting....

EDIT: I can't get to my main account screen either, so probably just maintenance.

I signed up and just got a confirmation email. It has some interesting wording:
