Not to burst your bubble... but they're going to be releasing some numbers around call reliability done by a third party survey/measurement company. It has nothing to do with a new device.

Possibly. But that's a pretty thin association since LTE is a data network and not a voice network. It's like saying "We have the most reliable phones in the industry." and then jumping over to how they're changing customer service.
