For other forums that can't work on tapatalk, I was looking for a phone friendly app to host a picture I could hotlink to. I looked and looked on play, I googled, then I realized one of my already installed apps does it.
I use urly for my web url address shortener, works great, you should never text someone a huge url.
When you share an image onto urly it gives you a choices of hosting the image (I just use image shack) and you don't have to log in. Then it generates you the link (ironically not shortened)
one thing I don't know though is where the images go, since they don't go into an album like other places that store your pictures, so use it for completely public images only
