Frozen at startup screen

Heys Guys,

So my samsung ace froze on me last night. I did all the normal things like take out the battery and try to enter recovery mode but it still goes back to the same startup screen and is frozen on the samsung logo. I can enter download mode though. Im aware of rebooting via odin and ROMS but im not sure how to go about it . Can someone give me a direct link to an odin download or the correct ROM to use ? Or give me a step by step on the process involved? Im kinda clueless as to how to go about it so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Using Odin itself isn't that hard. Its simple as installing the proper Samsung drivers for you device/computer and then locating the proper " tar " package to download and load into Odin. Once you find that tar package for your Samsung ACE it will be a piece of cake from there. Flashing with Odin only takes a few minutes at the most and you end up with a clean and fresh device like the day you purchased it.
