Frozen Samsung S6

[AC Question]

Was having issues with my phone charging all day. Then all of a sudden it started turning on and off by itself to the point where it wouldn't even stay on more than 1 sec before going to a black screen and a solid blue light. I attempted to do a hard reset which was going smoothly until It was trying to do the reboot and now it froze while it was loading the samsung letters on the screen. I can see the SAM and part of the U.....and holding down any of the buttons is not working at this point.
