Galaxy Buds Promo - Did I Order Too Early???

Is there a place to specify which color ear buds you want? Or do they just send you whatever?
 
Been turned down twice. Guess I'll be on the phone again tomorrow. :(
Me too. I called two days ago and they were going to "escalate" my request and I will be getting an email with instruction. They said it could take 48 hours, which will be this afternoon. No email yet. They did give me a reference number if I have to call back. I just want to send them my pre-order email which is what I should have sent from the start.
 
So, after getting rejected, twice, I called to get another chance to upload the right documentation, and Samsung just emailed me to approve my earbuds and I don't have to send them anything else and thanked me for my patience! I hope you guys get a response like this.

I am in the exact same boat. It's been three days now and thus far, no e-mail from them so I just called them (again). Their system indicated it's a 90 minute wait time. Sigh. Here we go again...

I wish there was a way to resubmit or something. You only have one chance and then you're at the mercy of waiting for them to pick up their phones. Very frustrating process.
 
I've had a similar issue to some here. Pre-ordered the phone when it first opened, on the 20th (pre-orders started at Midnight the 21st Eastern time, so I was able to actually pre-order at 11:00pm on the 20th in Central time zone). My e-mail for my pre-order is dated 2-20 at 11:05pm. I went in and got my phone on March 8th, and submitted for the buds within an hour of getting home with the phone. Having done these before, I thought it was a little strange it didn't ask me for any documentation (receipt, pre-order proof, etc...), it just had phone information, which was already filled in, then spot for name and address and stuff. Clicked to submit, and it came back with an error, that I didn't submit my documentation, which was strange, considering there was nowhere for me to submit that. After it came back with that error, it gave me a link to submit proof that I pre-ordered; it said nothing about receipt or proof of purchase, just proof of pre-order. So, I screenshotted the entire e-mail I got when I pre-ordered, attached it, and submitted, and this time it went through fine.

The next day, I get something back saying I was rejected because my receipt was too blurry, which is funny considering I never submitted a receipt, since it never asked for it. So I clicked the link to resubmit, it specifically asked me for a receipt, which showed three things: date of purchase, name of item purchased and location it was purchased. That indicated to me it wanted the actual receipt this time, so I took a picture of the receipt and resubmitted. That was last Saturday (March 9th). I heard nothing back all week, and just about an hour ago, I got something back saying I was rejected because my purchase didn't occur within the pre-order period.

Getting ready to call Samsung.

Are they still giving the call back option??
 
Ok, I chatted with somebody who said the e-mail from Samsung for the exception takes five business days and that I have to wait for it before I can do anything. Crazy but I don't really have any choice but to wait.
 
Galaxy Buds shipment info.

Figured I would start this off. Just checked FedEx and it shows that I have action on my galaxy buds. Says delivery tomorrow, but obviously that's not gonna happen. At least they're starting to get things moving.

Mine says "shipping the week of March 18th" so I've got that going for me.

Check the FedEx app. As usual movement will show up there before Samsung shows anything.
 
The pre order/reservation print out best buy store gave me when I pre ordered in store. Submitted Friday afternoon, and got approved late Sunday night.

That's what I was told to submit by the Best Buy employee when she handed me the pre order/reservation printout, (as @bhatech stated). I submitted on the 13th after I picked up my husband's phone & I received the approval about an hour later with the shipment date of the week of May 6th. I do all the paperwork & setup, he gets the phone. :)

Hey thanks. I just checked my FedEx as you pointed out and mine shipped also. Delivery tomorrow. But like you said, that's not happening lol. At least there's movement.

Got a text saying claim was successful but just says within 30 days.
