Galaxy J7 doesn't ring for a call

I am using a Samsung galaxy J7 phone. However it is having problems. That's when a call comes in, the phone just vibrates but doesn't ring. I turned silent mode off and turned up the volume but it didn't work. Does anyone know what's going on?

Settings >Call Alerts and ringtones. Make sure you have a ringtone selected
