Galaxy Note 20 Series, via OnLeaks.

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

I keep hearing about the Ultra..
Is everybody going with the biggest note phone ?
A tablet.

Yup only get the big beast , smaller phones just won't cut it for me., I only like the best and that's the Ultra.

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

Notice how the Notes new and old are all still shorter than the S20 Ultra and thinner. Wider but I am ok with that. My fear was that the Note really was going super phablet taller and wider and thicker than the S20 Ultra when it launched. I would not be in market for Note if that was case.

Samsung Note 20 Ultra: 164.8 x 77.2 x 8.1mm
Samsung Note 8: 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.6 mm (6.40 x 2.94 x 0.34 in)
Samsung Note 10+: 162.3 x 77.2 x 7.9 mm (6.39 x 3.04 x 0.31 in)

Samsung S20 Ultra: 166.9 x 76 x 8.8 mm (6.57 x 2.99 x 0.35 in)

Gits down to how can you carry it.
What pocket can you get it in.
I don't have to worry with what choices you make.

Its the choices I make.

That's cool. Everyone got their preferences. I didn't remember... were you hoping for the Ultra to be bigger?

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

Don't know why you keep saying Note20 Plus. There's no such thing There's only 2 models in August 5 Note20 and Note20 Ultra.

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

@Carboard60... Yeah so that we are all clear... there are two I guess "officially" named models (nothings really "official" until the 5th lol)...

the Note 20 and the Note 20 Ultra.

The Note 20+ was used to describe the larger of the two models when discussion first started after the S20 Ultra launched and whether they were even going to release a Note and used the "Plus" designation until it became clear it would be named the "Ultra."

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

Yeah, there was a moment where people mentioned Note 20 (Lite), Note 20+ because thats the name that was being used most... and then a surprise Note 20 "Ultra" with an S20 type camera system I think. That articles kinds old... around the time they were trying to push that rumor.

Forget that article.

Yup old article, it was confirmed as Note20 Ultra and Note20, those are the official names, but yeah i remember that old article.

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

The Name Of This Thread Should Be Changed tho since Note20 Plus will not exist, Just saying can get some confused.

Not looking good as far as Exynos being enhanced...

https://twitter.com/UniverseIce/status/1289003788154486784

Seems to be a few rumours flying around that the Exynos 990 chip in the Note 20/Ultra has been more optimised than the S20 range, one report i just read mentioned it could be on par with the Snapdragon 865+.

I think the message may have got back to Samsung that people are far from happy about having this inferior chipset in the new flagship, and they've sent out a few rumours to make us happy ;)

Re: Galaxy Note 20+, via OnLeaks.

No way those are like s8 or maybe s5 specs lol

Lol, it's like hit the app button, go grab a coffee and sandwich, go mow the grass, then go check to see if your app is open yet and see how much battery is left.
Joking aside, people won't really notice the difference until they use it for intensive stuff when it starts to throttle and warm up, it's then that the battery dies faster, that's my issue and that's why I'm miffed when Samsung don't sell the same chipset on all phones!
