Hello,
My Galaxy S3 set itself in standby mode when I'm calling. But when I remove the phone from my ear, the screen remains black. It's not easy when you are with an answering machine saying, "For case C, press 3". Where is the 3 key ? :(
How can I make this feature working correctly, or to remove it completely? :p
Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Is anything obscuring the proximity sensor, which is located right near the front-facing camera? Make sure it's completely clean in that area. If you have a screen protector, consider removing it. If you have a case that doesn't fit very well (i.e., hangs over the proximity sensor area), remove it.

I've heard of some phones having a setting for this. Open your Dialer, tap Menu, then Settings, and check the Call Settings for any option that might be related to keeping the screen on or off while in a call.
