Galaxy S3 vs. Galaxy Nexus

Have a few upgrades available so will be getting the SGS3 if VZW gets it. I use the camera quite a bit to snap pics of my kid so might as well try it out and see if it's any better than the Nexus. And with all the talk about unlimited data going away and what not, might as well lock in for 2 years assuming they don't change the plans right before releasing it.
