galaxy s5 battery tooo low to charge as well.

after I changed my usb board everytime I try charging it says ''charging paused battery temperature too low'', the funny part is that my sister has an s4 as well so I charge my battery using her phone and everything works normally..what is wrong pls?

I would try a different cable/charger.
