Galaxy S5 not able to call from car bluetooth - no service

A

AC Question

Hi,
I have paired my Galaxy S5 to my Mercedes Command system. All is good, except the fact that I cannot make a call from Comand buttons, as I used to with my HTC One. The strange thing is that this is not working ONLY when the phone is in standby. In this case, when I presee call from the Comand, I ge the message NO SERVICE. However, if I bring the phone back from standby, I can make the call from stanby, or from phone, via Bluetooth. I seems the car cannot bring the phone out of standby via Bluetooth. Any ideas?

It might be a compatibility issue. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to find out for sure from Mercedes or from Samsung, because they can't test every possible phone in the car.
