I'm becoming best friends with the people at AT&T order support.
Just called to confirm once again to find out what could be holding up the shipment. She told me that everything was fine on my order, but some orders have a longer processing time than others.
I have a feeling that my delay has to do with purchasing through next. Even though I ordered on 3/21, it probably was just barely sent to the warehouse for shipment due to extra processing time for the next program.
Not really sure, but this is what I'm going with.
The agent told me that I should see an update later today or first thing tomorrow.

Interesting... I did my upgrade via Next also. Could Next really be the problem? Not sure I see how?
