Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0 Lollipop

Downloaded the Lollipop update for the Galaxy S5 (yesterday released in Europe and in Poland the first country).
Facebook won't work and crashed every startup of the app. Also Airgesture won't work anymore.
Cleaned the cache software and hardware way. Also back to factory settings and installed all again. No result.
Anyone an idea?

I have no idea, hopefully they'll have an update to fix those bugs. And I'm also curious, what is 5.0 like on your S5? I've been waiting patiently for it to come to the US. What are your favorite features and changes of it?

Encountered the same thing. Download the latest Facebook apk from apkmirror... Worked for me

Was the 5.0 you downloaded intended for your phone/carrier or did you hack a version to your s5?

It seems that Korea now has Lollipop released.

The USA releases seem to be "sometime next year"

France might be the next targeted area.

Alot of apps are still behind in being updated for compatibility for Android 5.0. Facebook is bound to have issues, it usually does on OS upgrades.
