Galaxy s6 freezing twice

My s6 recently picked up an annoying habit of freezing once for 1-2 seconds and interrupting connection, then after 10-30 seconds it will freeze like this again. It happens roughly every 15 minutes and always comes in the pair. I have restarted and cleared cache and am unsure how to fix it after these did not work. Thanks, all suggestions are appreciated

Have you asked your carrier's tech support? I assume you haven't pushed the limits of the phone's memory; some apps need additional space to function (for example, buffering of streaming audio/video). If not, you may have to do a reset: Settings > Backup and Reset > Factory data reset. A backup of your data, photos, music and sound files is a must. It is a pain to reload and reorganize the apps on the phone. When redoing your phone, check that all OS updates (Settings > System Updates > Check for system updates) are installed before reinstalling apps et al. HTH. YMMV.
