Galaxy s6 hotspot will not turn on

Evertime I try to turn on the hotspot I get a message "A network issue may be preventing use of your Mobile Hotspot. Please call Customer Care at 611"

Do a reset of your network settings and this will clear. I had it this past weekend.

I had the same issue a while back. Called the customer support and they checked everything on their end. Said it was fine. Suggested that a recent update may have done something. Told me to take it in to AT&T store to connect to their "smart machine" to fix. Took it in and the service rep did a network reset. Fixed the problem but lost all wifi and Bluetooth logins.

That is true, you have to reload your BT and network settings, but I'm of the opinion that they probably need to have the cobwebs cleaned out once in a while anyhow.
