Galaxy Smart Watch - Is Premium Care plan worth it?

I'm about to purchase the Galaxy Smart Watch 42mm Rose Gold, Bluetooth version. I plan on wearing it 24/7, including when I swim several times a week. Has anyone had experience with their Premium Care plan? Is it worth getting the plan for a smartwatch?
