Why even check out? Way too early in the pre-order..wait for your $300 offer email, wait for offers to get better.. these are not going to be good sellers. Barely an upgrade from previous foldables..

Was chatting with Samsung to ask where the free year of Samsung Care+ was and all he wanted to do was create my order. He kept on saying hurry or it will sell out. lol

Yeah I did have a quick look. I think I could get it for around £920 with trading my S22 Ultra but I'm still not sold on foldable phones, especially with no dust IP rating which in my line of work is a must.

Snap. I was holding out. Thought by the 4th iteration they would be more suitable.

I'm the perfect demographic for them too.

As usual the lack of Incentives compared to the colonies is a hard pill to swallow . I already have 3 years of "free" Disney + stacked.....that and a case is not really a deal.

They will sell well enough like the pervious iteration. Also the double memory is a great deal especially for the fold 4. I didn't expect them to change much as both the flip 3 and fold 3 had great changes over their predecessor. This verison is more incremental which is understandable.

I am going to try really really hard to be patient and wait until some time in September to see what's what. I am not giving up my S22 Ultra but I might be willing to trade in this Note 10+ depending on the offer. We shall see. My other half told me to try to resist the temptation of The New & The Shiny...but it shall be difficult. ...especially for me.

Honestly, spec for spec, I am staying with my Fold 3. I just can't see enough of an upgrade here for me to jump over. However, this does not mean it's not a worthy upgrade for others.

This is the curse of the Even releases.

Fold 1 - innovative, first one, shock and awe and VERY Bleeding Edge
Fold 2 - Fixes many lessons learned from Fold 1. Typical of a second gen release
Fold 3 - FINALLY got it mostly right. Especially the water resistance and the inner screen. Upgraded camera's and everything else. Worthy of an upgrade
Fold 4 - Fixes even more things from previous generation (mostly unnoticed tweaks and all that), upgrades to hardware, but nothing that is a generation leap forward

If the pattern holds, the Fold 5 will be something big.

Of course, this is all supposition and speculation, nothing concreate to support this, just my own personal view.

With a fold 3 why would you want to upgrade anyways ?

I wasn't expecting this until I went to preordering. They gave GW5Pro for free including a case for ZF4. With everything including trade-in taxes. I only paid just a little over 1K.

Yea I saw it too. Haven't went to the end, but I thought it would attach to the order (after you accept the offer of course). They need to get it together.

Just to have the new new. You know those of us in these forum don't really have a reason to upgrade but we do lol.
