Galaxy Watch4 pre-ordered, anyone else?

I'm happy for all of you. Just wish Samsung would get off their a$$ and move on my Pre-Order from 8/11.

Haha my thoughts exactly. I also pre-ordered on 8/11, and finally this morning my cancel button disappeared. Still no credit card charge (except strangely $23 for the trio charger I ordered with my $50 credit), and no FedEx info.
 
Woah, just got an update on Samsung.com and now expected delivery is September 15! If this is for real, I'm going to cancel my order and just go to a store.

Yes that was the problem with me it was the silver band I am guessing cause mine was middle Sept. But than I saw the same watch with white band sooner so I had to cancel and reorder. Plus I was told I could keep my silver band from my A2 which I forgot about. But I just went to Samsung.com and it says expected delivery tomorrow but Fed-Ex says Thurs. I would love it tomorrow I am off the rest of the week after today.

I would prefer not to cancel and re-order, since that would mean losing the extra trade in value on my GW3 (they reduced the value on those in the last few days).

Well when I called they made me cancel and re-order just to get the different color band. I explained how I didn't want to wait till middle of Sept and I didn't know I could use my same silver band from my A2 and that I just wanted same watch with white band cause of sooner delivery. They may let you do it and tell you they will honor price once you get it but I wouldn't chance it I don't know.

I got a shipping label on the watch this morning. The wireless charging battery is still created.

If you ordered through the Samsung Shop app or can see your order there, scroll down to the individual items and click view detail for the watch. It should look like it goes back to the top and if it says shipped, you're good. Conversely, you can click on c view details for any other items and if it still says created, that item has not shipped yet.

I've had a shipping label created since last Friday, but so far FedEx says they haven't received the package which is scheduled for delivery on Thursday. What is really weird for me is that it says the package weighs 7.6 pounds! Ya think maybe Samsung decides to include a laptop with my Watch 4 Classic, or maybe because mine is black, the paint weighs a few pounds.
 
Just finished a chat with Samsung and the CSR says the warehouse gives no reason for changing my Expected Delivery Date to 9/15. On Shop Samsung, LTE watch says created and Sports Band is on Backorder and for this they're holding my entire PreOrder?!!! He has "escalated" this to the warehouse for answers. Seems like the warehouse manager needs some Customer Service and logistics training when he/she release orders to people who order days after 8/11 and the early pre-order folks are screwed.

I already posted this but I got this email from Samsung on Thursday, August 19:

We want to keep you updated about one of the items in your recent Samsung.com order. It is still planned to ship by the date listed on the My Orders page. If anything changes we will let you know.

Samsung hasn't emailed me anything new since then, so am I supposed to believe my watch will ship on time?

Starting to wish I had my cancel button back. if I'm expected to wait until the 15th, I'm just going to walk into a store and buy the watch.

Same here. Unbelievable. They push the dang band, then delay your order because they underestimated the response. Very poor business! Wish I would've bypassed the band like I started too. I have yet to receive an email other than @arunma has listed above dated 8/19 with same message.
 
Mine is 2 pounds. Guess it's hard to identify it without knowing how much the trio charger weighs.

Mine is 1.3 pounds and it should be the box containing the duo charger plus watch.

Sounds like your watch should be part of that, as I can't imagine that charger weighing 2 pounds.
 
I'm guessing there's a manufacturing or shipment issue... I ordered a mustard yellow strap, and I can't see that being very popular.

Also, over here the trade in price hasn't changed, so I could cancel and order the crappy normal strap and still get £100 for my galaxy watch...

The right thing for them to do would be to send the watches on the 27th with the default strap, then send out the leather straps when available.
 
So I just got off a chat with a Samsung rep. I don't think the rep had any idea what was going on and I'm not sure her information is reliable. Here's what I found out though:

- The watch band isn't what's delaying the order
- It may actually ship before the 15th despite what the website says
- If the cancel button is gone (as is my case), they have to check on their end but they may be able to cancel the order anyway
- For some reason I already got charged for my Trio Charger because it's expected to ship on time
- Most likely everything will ship at once, but even if the order ships in separate parts they'll all depart on the same day. Yes I know this contradicts the above.

Take that for what it's worth, because like I said I didn't get the impression Samsung is giving its reps any useful info.
