Gear S2 notification on Drop down shade

My Gear S2 software just updated. Now a notification is persistent on the drop down shade on the phone. I remember previously I had altered a setting to make it still appear on the shade but a reduced size (eg 1/4 height). For the life of me I cannot find that setting now. Anybody able to lead me in the correct direction?

The connection notification used to be half height or smaller on the drop down shade. I know it was a setting similar to the wifi connection notification but can't find anything now.

I have a Gear S3. I don't see any persistent notification on my Note 8. What exactly does this notification say?

Thanks for the suggestion. Went in to app notifications and changed the following. It now shows minimized and silent.

I'm still on Oreo and when I long press the notification on the shade it doesn't give the option to minimize. I guess I am looking for a way to minimize the notification on the shade. It used to be that way until the last update of the WEAR software.

Yes. I get that. I just don't get the option to minimize.

You don't have to long press or expand. All you need to do is move the notification left or right and you will see snooze and settings option.
