That article is wrong. The promotion wasn't just for preorders. I ordered mine on 3/17 and was eligible as well. Also, it's not Verizon sending the emails, it's Samsung.
I love how helpful these companies are. Samsung, PrizeLogic, and BrightPoint (the place it's shipping from) have no idea what the status is. Each one refers me to the other. Oh well, guess I'll just try to wait patiently!

Samsung Status: Approved. Shipping Pending (has never said anything different since approved)
Fedex Manager: Label created on 4/8 with estimated delivery date of 4/9 (didn't happen).

A label was finally created for me today in FedEx Manager. Package weight of .9 lbs, scheduled delivery of the 15th. I don't expect it to get here then, but nice to see there is any sort of progress.
I'm hoping it gets sent out quickly with the batch of labels created that hasn't seen movement yet past label creation, one can wish right?
Submitted 3-11, status changed to approved 3 weeks ago today, live in Phoenix, AZ

Submitted 3/13 (or 3/14, never got an email from them that I can look back at) for Gear S2, Shipping Estimate: Pending for probably 3 weeks now... Hopefully this thing gets here soon since a lot of 3/10 and earlier submissions have started showing up. Nothing in my Fedex tracker yet.
I don't understand why my package is still at the Warehouse much fedex label was created on April 8 and scheduled for delivery April 14 and still not on truck very unorganized from samsung

checked the status page today and got
"Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and your gift has been processed and is currently in route"
Fedex also shows something arriving tomorrow from Plainfield IN. Package weight is 0.9lb (?) - I requested the S2, hope it's that and not a VR
Anyway, for once at least the promotions site is updated and accurate.

Still no status from fed ex
Edit: Talked to Prize logic and was told no shipping date is coming up. They told me in route doesn't mean as of right now. Within the 8 week waiting period I could get it at any tim. Smh. Pretty sure in route means it should be shipped.
