So I have been checking  the status page multiple times each day.  It just went from “Submission Approved. Preparing for Shipment.   Shipping Date Estimate: 4/1/2016”  to "Congratulations! Your submission has been approved and your gift has been processed and is currently in route".  No tracking number, or tracking email and I can't do the FedEx manager due to it being delivered to a business account, but this sounds like a positive step.  I still have not heard anything from the service guru, but at least something changed.
