Well would you?
Preorder is now live and so on, would you even consider dropping around 2k for a device you haven't even seen/held yet?
Personally I will be waiting for an s-pen version before even considering anything than the Note series

No, i dont see myself going that rout... i have a tablet and I'm not a fan of buying the newst "never seen before" style gadget until it's been out for a while.

Fold is a mistake waiting to happen as far as I'm concerned.

No.
I am curious about the issues the first iteration will have. By the time they perfect the technology the "fad" may be over.

if I had the money, I would get one. it looks interesting and would make a great conversation device :-)

Not interested. The screen when folded up is too small. New and it might end up being a bust. If I did buy one I would buy the Huawei one instead.

The only benefits I see with this device are for media watching and reading documents. Cons are the plastic screen and thickness and no S Pen. I'll stick with the Note phones

I wonder if the foldable screen isn't suited for an s-pen as it would have made so much sense

I couldn't get a flip phone that would last without breaking the ribbon cable in the hinge. I'm not holding much hope for a screen that folds 100's of times.

I thought about if I would ever want this and then thought - well, if I really was looking for a tablet and this would kill two birds with one stone, I figured, "maybe?" - but then I would kill the battery quickly and it wasn't big enough of a tablet for me, etc... I have concerns about the durability of the fold and there is an obvious crease too that might bug me. So, no - I don't think I'm in the market for this.

I don't mind them coming out with it and not sure why some people hate on it. This is how future technology is born and eventually things would either refine or get canceled. A lot of the negative comments on the Fold are similar to the negative comments when the first Note came out.
