Gift from HTC?

You guys realize that a USB C cable can be had for less than 10$ on amazon correct?

I bought eight cables (a 3 pack and a 5 pack) for forty bucks.

Probably because the cable is cheaper than the headphones. We here in the US got shafted on that one.

I think that's part of it, but I also think it's so they don't get a lot of people trying to get replacements for fried phones due to bad cables.

I can't believe you guys missed out on the headphones. We got them here in Australia. I have been using some Klipsch S4A's for the past few years and they're not too bad, but the HTC ones are a lot better. Not sure why you didn't get any.

Mine showed up today. It will come in handy. And after seeing 10 ft. USB 3.1 Type-C cables selling for $30 in local stores, I'm very happy with a freebie.

I got a $20 refund on my Ice View Case because of the delay. I think all pre-orders of the case did.

Hi Folks, Just a simple check. Approximately how long before HTC mailed out whatever they chose to send out? I have had my 10 for 1.5 months now, the ice view case for apprx 2 weeks. Haven't seen anything from HTC as far as their promotional email goes.

Same here, maybe they ran out and we're getting upgraded to the headphones.

Wouldn't that just be cool for us, and not so cool for the earlier folks. Nah, probably just behind although they "should" have known how many to order/build since it was based on pre-orders from their own site.

But then again... As much as I love them,their site isn't the best .
