Google maps street view does not seem to work over wi-fi on my Galaxy Nexus running Android 4.2.2.

It works over my cellular data connection just fine. But whenever it's connected to wi-fi, it stalls at loading address. This happens whenever I long press over a location that is not listed on the map.

I am running the latest version available for maps at the date of this post.

I have tried uninstalling all updates and then reinstalling the updates, but nothing helps. When I get rid of all updates, I still get the same error as when running the latest version available at the date of this post.

Any assistance that restores the ability to long press over an unlisted location on the map while connected via wi-fi and access street view or not stall at loading address would be appreciated. Below is a video description of the problem.

Found out the solution is to enable the ssid broadcast option on the router. This seems to only be a problem with Android 4.2.2. Any other version of android will allow you to use street view without enabling the ssid broadcast option on the router.
