Google Store Trade-in tracker

I chatted with Google this morning. My trade-in was delivered on the 20th, and so far I have not received a notification that they have it. The Google guy confirmed they have my old phone and it's in the queue for evaluation. It can take 14 days to go through the cycle once they have the old phone. All this from the Google guy.

I received it few days after getting my phone , bought from Google store unlocked
Spoke to soon, just received an email that they received and are starting the process. However my wife's is still delayed in shipping even though we sent them at the same time??

My Pixel 6 was mailed on October 18th. It was initially supposed to be delivered on October 21st in La Vergne, TN. Last tracking item shows it leaving the Nashville distribution center on October 21st at 6 am but nothing since then. I'm a bit worried but after reading the posts here, it may not be unheard of. I'll wait a while longer before I start to panic. 
I just checked my tracking - it's now "in transit from origin processing", in Jersey City, NJ! I could have WALKED it from Albany to there faster than that! USPS is horrible!

Wow USPS is really horrible, I dropped off my trade in kit with USPS on Oct 18th. It's still going around within the Seattle area (origin) as of today (Oct 26). Look at this tracking, ridiculous and it's just going around within Seattle WA distribution center

The sad part is I had an offer for $500 to sell my P6 Pro locally, but with trade-in ($480 plus 10% WA sales tax) refund from Google will be around $530. Got greedy for some $30. Should have just taken the local cash offer and would have had peace of mind

USPS is horrible, mines still in transit and shows it's arriving late but no date as of this morning.

Yeah at this point I'm hoping they have not lost it and it's just the tracking system that's screwed up. If it's not reaching destination by tomorrow then I'm going to start getting worried. I'm not sure how much Google store support will be of help and was there hands telling USPS says it's still in transit. Worst case hopefully Google makes it right but don't have high hopes.

Sorry that that's happening to your shipment. I once had a book shipped from Canada to the US, for some strange reason after the USPS got it, it went to Iceland before coming back to the States and finally to me in Colorado.

It was 5 business days from the time they received my device till I got the acknowledgement that they received it and another 2 days until I got my credit notification.

I agree that the USPS system or tracking website is terrible lately. My two boxes also have been "arriving late...in transit" for 4 days now with no updates tracking. There have been several packages recently arriving to my house or that I have mailed out and USPS tracking & delivery has been terrible.
