At least it's delivered, I think it'll take a few days for them to acknowledge. Give it until a few days into next week. Mine is still in transit with USPS from last ten days

I wouldn't worry probably just hasn't been scanned on googles end, waiting to be checked in, remember a lot of phones are all coming in at once. USPS tracking and Google tracking are two different systems.

You will be fine. Like I stated earlier it took them 5 business days to acknowledge mine was received then another 2 days to issue my credit. Give it another day or 2, I'm sure you'll get the acknowledgement soon.

Mine says the same thing. Delivered Monday by tracking but Google says still waiting to receive.

I had the opposite. Google emailed me that they received the phone but USPS tracking still doesn't show it as delivered. smh.

Mine has been stuck at Nashville for 3 days. At one time it had an estimated delivery of last Friday 10/21. Now there is no delivery date just "In Transit, Arriving Late".

USPS said mine would be delivered on the 27, then the 28, now no date as of today. I'm worried, 1000.00 in trades.

Since so many people have "in transit, arriving late" for days now I wonder if the company that receives these phones for Google is overwhelmed and can't accept anymore, and a bunch of phones are sitting somewhere waiting for them? Or the USPS has a distribution hub somewhere with issues causing major backups? It seems odd that the USPS has so many stuck "in transit" at the same time, in the same general part of the country.

Good point. I just looked at the pic I took of the shipping label and realized mine are going to Lavergne TN also. I could have driven them there in a few hours. Must be an issue at the regional distribution point since so many are stuck in this general area.

From the limited reports within this thread, looks like that's not an issue. As long as your phone condition is in line with the stated condition of the trade in process, you should be good to go.

When did you drop off yours? Mine looks like it left Seattle on October 26th, 8 days after drop off (hopefully). I haven't seen any new scans in Seattle after 26th so I'm hoping that means it really is in transit this time.

Mine is P6 Pro trade in so worth $480 trade in, they better not screw up
