Got rid of annoying Bixby

must say I use Bixby a lot , helps me gather points to use in Samsung Pay , it needs a lot of work though. Good for doing tasks within the phone

Yes just by using, look for the promotion when you swipe to Bixby, You have to opt in( I think) I just got 500 Samsung Pay points for getting to level 8. Previously stated at 50, 100, 250

I hit the button sometimes - but - I have never agreed to the terms , refuse all updates - that's as good as it will get... I don't care to remap it either unless Samsung stops feeling themselves and just let's it go - it's redundant and gimmicky

Bixby is more about interacting with your phone to do activities than searching or finding answers like Google Assistant helps you.

Did you check the Bixby help to see what you can do?

Bixby just doesn't matter - it's just spam Spyware bloat that tech enthusiasts will swear by like Amazon Echo, Google "assistant" , 411, and cheeseburgers with no cheese

Enable Bixby home and Bixby voice. It's the only 2 you need for the button to work.

That is exactly what it is!! The app makers and Samsung keep going at it. Therefore, one day your app may properly remap Bixby, and the next day it can't.
