So GPS on V2 is not great. If you're in what appears to be a disaster area like I am currently with these storms, don't bother.

It's affecting every Rom regardless of Jelly Bean.

I'm convinced this is a widespread outage or Google issue.

Reports are coming in that it doesn't work with regular stuff like AOKP and Liquid. I've personally tried an older version of maps and the issue still exists.

Weird. I'm on V3 and not having any GPS issues. I asked Google Now to find me the closest Bill's Car Wash and I think it found the furthest but that's about it. Once I got navigation locked on the correct one it worked flawlessly.

Edit: BTW I'm in Orlando, FL if that makes a difference.

Solar flares I would guess with the hot hot temps. Goin to plunge tomorrow with v3 just need to have some quite time. I understand that it is a full file with jb su gapps just wipe wipe wipe etc and flash the zip.

After wiping and restoring my device like 3 times in a day for each new release it was getting old so when I went from v3 to v5 i just wiped the cache/dalvik and installed v5 on top of v3 and kept all my apps/settings/ect.. with no issues.
