Just Talk and Gallery. I have no idea what's going on with it. I'm going to give it a break tonight then hopefully the real devs will have figured it out.

Doesn't seem to matter which GAPPs package I flash, either.

Do you just flash this in CWM? Do you need to be running JB to flash this as well? Just making sure there are no special instructions.

Im thinking about flashing that now and then 3.1 later tonight for my first go at JB. Ive been hesitant on pulling the trigger, but im dying to have google now on my phone.

Just downloaded it myself, The first mediafire link was super fast for anyone having speed issues with a download.

Seems it brings a ton of fixes as well as the google now fix, 3.0 must have been a mess.

Better be safe than sorry when it said to do a full data wipe and clean install in bold letters.

To answer your questions:

- Yes, you flash in CWM
- No, you do not need to be running JB however you should be doing this at the same time you are flashing the JB rom
- take a look here http://rootzwiki.com/topic/28677-ro...-jellybean-411-pure-aosp-its-all-about-speed/ underneath "INSTRUCTIONS" on the first post. Do EXACTLY what the instructions say. I just finished flashing 3.1, the flash went down without a hitch doing EXACTLY what is there. (remember to wipe cache and dalvik when u wipe data/factory reset)

PS: LOVE the new JB boot animation. its so simple yet so purdy

P.P.S: OH MY GOD! When all you people said JB was soooo smooth I was curious just how smooth you meant. this is freaking SMOOTH. Loving it already.

Jake spammed Clean install on IRC... So I certainly am not taking a chance... so far so good! I'm not seeing any flaws so far... I'll keep testing... currently restoring my apps.

1. flash JB bootloader (if you haven't already - this helps JB roms, not required though)

Its supposed to optimize JB boot up time, and afaik thats all it does but i could be wrong.

either way, all it is is another item to flash in CWM and it takes all of 3 seconds, why not just do it?

Ya, but what if I wanna go back to one of my "old" JB ROMs? (Jelly Belly 2.5). Then what? would it hurt anything?
