Hello all. Issue with vibrating feature

For some reason starting today my phone will not stay in vibration mode. It keeps going to the low volume notification setting. I haven't even touched or had my paws near the volume rocker or the pull down notification setting menu. This is a stock Verizon version and no new apps have been installed or changes in settings. This just started happening out of the blue. Any ideas?

I'm assuming you tried restarting your phone?

Yes sorry. Restart, battery pull and cleared cache
