Unfortunately this seems to be a common report here in the forums. I don't know how Samsung is treating any of the other 30 million Galaxy S III users that aren't part of the forums, but I'm not impressed with what I've heard here (possibly a biased data point).Samsung wants me to pay for a fix
If the product is in the warranty period and they have no proof that it's been rooted or mistreated they should be forced to honor their warranty. Perhaps if you get your carrier involved you can get some leverage. Or maybe it's time for a class-action lawsuit...
