Help! Samsung Gear fit2 pro sensors stopped working

My gear fit 2 pro sensors stopped working a month ago. No steps recorded, no HR monitor. It doesn't track anything except time. It's basically useless now. I've tried factory reset, still nothing. Please help!

You are out of luck! my gear fit 2 pro also stopped tracking steps, heart rate, turning on with wrist movements...I sent it in to samsung (4months used) under warranty and was told the problem is due to "liquid Damage".. I never even had a chance to expose it to water or rain or anything!

anyway many people are reporting the same...many have noted it happened after an update...i dont know..however we are out of luck for any help from samsung!
