Hotspot

So I just rooted my Galaxy s4 thays on sprint I wanna turn it into a hotspot for friends whose phone aren't active and only use wifi but I don't wanna pay for mobile hotspot plan I wanna use my regular data plan is there a root app I can download can somebody please explain how to do it
