How can I delete miscellaneous file?

What phone do you have? If you tap on 'misc files', can't you get more information about the app that created this big file? You could post a screenshot with this file and we'll try to help you. In general I prefer not deleting files from the miscellaneous screen.

Welcome to Android Central! I agree with Javier P about not deleting Miscellaneous files unless you know exactly what they're for. Many of those files are actually quite important for certain apps.
