how can I stop my Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 turning off the ringer at random

I have a Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 and the ringer keeps turn itself off at random. I keep turning it back up and have checked all settings and they seem to be correct. I have no apps running to manage volume, and the battery saver app is disabled.

Anyone got any ideas on how to stop this happening.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have a custom tone set? The OS may not like the file if you do.
