How do I play audio from other apps in my headphones while in a call?

Whenever I'm in a call, the audio will only come out of the speakers, even when headphones are connected, and even when I've set the headphones not to connect to the call audio. I just wanna listen to other apps in my headphones, while I'm in a call.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth and tap the gear icon next to your headphones. Is Phone Audio toggled off, and Media Audio toggled on?
