You can use app Llama to schedule night mode (silent).
i use it to switch to silent mode at work and at night. It switches on and off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. for me. Weekends/weekdays can be scheduled separately.

Press up or down on the volume rocker and choose priority. You can configure which apps (if any) can notify you and set the duration priority mode.
