How to remove Google play pop up ads

I have these kinds of pop up ads that looks like it's coming from Google. These ads do not appear all the time but here and there. How do I get rid of them? Thanks!

I've had the same problem for a week.
Note 9, latest update.

Once I figured It out, it was fairly simple to get rid of the problem. When the pop up happens Go to the active apps running running page. (On my Samsung Note9 it's pressing the the 3 vertical lines, bottom left of display. There you locate the actual app or ad that has popped up, Press and hold the icon upper center of the app or ad-tab. This will open the apps option page, from the drop down menu delete the app and the problem is gone. For me it was a magnifier app. It's a corrupt app problem. A
factory reset should not be necessary. if you go that route, do not reinstall the bad app.
