How do i restart my phone to factory settings?!

i have completely wiped out everything in my phone, EVERYTHING. all im on right now is the gingerbread software thats it. no apps, nothing, no conatcts anything. wtf do i do??

You need to also flash the gapps on Cyanogen CM7RC2. Those can be found on cyanogens site.
