How do I stop messages about not connecting to the cloud?

stop messages about not conecting to cloud

no matter what I am doing my Galaxy S5 keeps interrupting with a popup warning about lack of cloud connection or something similar. Does not go away until I touch ok then back to entering text or what ever multiple times during on call. I do not use the internet feature very much and would turn it off completely but then it keeps warning me that I have turned off my internet connection
