How to add an app in maximum power saving mold

I have a Note 8 software has been upgraded to the Samsung pie Software.

When I go to the maximum power saving mode to save battery power it gives me a limited amount of apps to go to.

Is there a way to add a video app so or the system video that I already have so I can run a video in the maximum power saver mold?
